Biotage remains open for business and we are shipping product daily to meet your needs. We have taken the prudent step of moving our technical support personnel to work remotely in line with government requests.
We are still scheduling and making service calls and on-site visits on demand, where we have the possibility to do so in line with local restrictions. We have also added the ability to remotely assist our customers via online communication tools and we can, case-by-case, utilize video conferencing. In order to facilitate uptime we can also support customers by sending parts and supplying guidance for in-house repairs where appropriate.
